Kelong determines the main draft direction of the instrument panel according to the outer surface of the instrument panel and the position of the air outlet, which is generally between 20 degrees and 30 degrees, and the draft direction of the sub-instrument panel is the vertical direction; Whether various parts can be demoulded smoothly, the draft angle of large parts such as the instrument panel body should be at least 7°, which should also be determined according to the surface texture depth of AUTO IP MOULD. The draft angle of the invisible area should not be less than 3°. If it is less than 3°, the surface of the part may be pulled and traces may be formed; Blocks will first affect the appearance, creating parting lines on the surface of the part, and secondly, it will affect the life of the mould, and the cost of AUTO IP MOULD will increase accordingly.
