For the plastic injection paint bucket mold,Kelong could help customer to provide the suitable injection mold solutions to our customer to meet the requirements with P20, 718, 718h, H13, S136 as mold steel. If  your annuel output is not very large,  P20 mold steel is a good choice. Normally we will use SC45/1.1730 as mold base, the injection system you could use cold runner or hot runner two kinds. If you want to make the cooling better, we advice you to make a Cube insert on the bucket rear side and the bottom of the bucket.
