1.Type of Plastic Paint Bucket Mold

2. Paint Bucket Mold Design

(1) The bottom of the cavity: the bottom of the bucket needs a certain thickness  more than 45MM, and the surrounding screws are fixed.

(2) Insert along the mouth: ensure the strength of the rib along the mouth of the Pail , and use beryllium copper for easy cooling.

(3) Make the insert in the rib of slider: oblique bar, deep bar more than 12MM need to insert.

3. Paint Bucket Mold Steel Material Selection

According to the actual production requirements, high-quality steel materials such as P20, 718H, H13 and DIN1.2316 are selected, and copper beryllium is inserted into the bottom area and the area along the mouth rib.

For the inject gate selection that we could choose the cold runner, hot runner, valve gate , details need to compare with customer requirements. Usually we use hot runner system for small bucket mould, and use Valve gate for 10-15L bucket Mould.
