In a diverse market, people always like colorful products, same for plastic pail products. Some customers required colorful printing for the paint pails, there are two ways for the printing, the first way is IML molding, which is an automatic production line with an injection machine, pail mould, and IML robot. The second way is with heat transfer printing after molding, it needs extra printing equipment to make operation after pail products ready. The heat transfer printing could reduce the invested amount, and be more simple during the operation, but it needs more labor for the printing, and the quality is not as good as IML printing.
