For the battery case mould, the important is for the high quality steel with reasonable mould structure and precision tooling. The core side of the container mould we use high hardness steel H13, S136 for the strength and avoid core shifting. With experienced engineers for battery case mould assembling, we could control the rib wall thickness within 0.1mm tolerance.

Until now, we have made many different types of battery case models, like N50, N70, N100, N100, N200, IT500, L1,L2 and so on. We support the good quality mould manufacturing with technology service.
